Changing the display language

on the remote, press settings. the settings menu will apear on the media center display

press tune down repeatedly to highlight the last option on the menu. in english this would be "system setup"

press enter

press tune down once to highlight the second option. this is the "language" option

press seek forward until “english” or the desired language appears on the display

press settings twice to accept the change and exit the menu
