Connecting the system components

On the media center back panel, insert the audio input cable plug into the Main speaker jack

On the Acoustimass® module connection panel, insert the other end of the audio input cable plug into the Media Center jack

Insert the power cord into the Acoustimass module and into a power outlet

connect all five speakers. on the acoustimass module connection panel, insert the color-coded rca plugs for all five speaker cables into the jacks labeled speakers. notice the letters on the cable end that identify the position of the speakers in the room, and route the cable accordingly. to find out more about speaker placement, see speaker placement and adaptiq® audio calibration system guidelines

The plug-in cable for your speakers fits only one way into the jack, which ensures proper polarity (+ to + and - to -) connections. To connect the plug-in speaker cable, orient the plug of each speaker cable with its small knob up and insert the plug fully into the jack on the rear of its respective speaker

Connect the end of the VS-2 video enhancer cable with four connectors to the media center as follows:

Connect the other end of the VS-2 video enhancer cable to the VS-2 video enhancer end panel as follows:

Insert the media center power supply to the DC Power In jack on the VS-2 video enhancer side connector

Insert the media center power supply power cord into an AC power outlet
