I bought them as they were considered the best
I bought two headsets and adapters on Oct 25, Unfortunately the wrong headsets were sent so , I had to return them . Bose sent me shipping labels and I sent them back the next day. A week later I heard nothing and called UPS to find they are lost is shipment. Bose cannot either return my money or replace the headsets until they figure out what happened. Three weeks later I am still without headsets and out the money for them

Only one ear works
I bought this adapter about a month ago, I went for a flight and only got audio through one ear and my outgoing communications was cutting out. I am very disappointed with the adapter.
