HELPThe ear pads are fine but I want to take this opportunity to discuss another issue.
The issue concerns an A10 headset I sent to Bose for a repair April 23. The package was addressed with a UPS label provided by Bose. The Bose Reference number is B001227068. The tracking number is 1Z4019RY9097138232. The package never arrived at Bose. I won’t bore you describing all the calls I have made UPS and Bose. I’m getting nowhere. UPS has emailed a claim payment form
but the form will not accept any entries. I am told this is so because it is a Bose issue because the transit
service is contractually a Bose/UPS service. I have talked to numerous UPS and Bose representatives. I am getting nowhere!! If there is any at Bose that can move this problem I would be grateful.
