Good longevity, straightforward replacement
My original ear cushions lasted about 2.5 years of daily use before they started to break down from normal wear and tear; I ordered these replacements, and they work just as well as the originals, and were relatively easy to install.
I’m glad that these are a replaceable part — it would be a shame to have to replace the entire headset!
Ease aside, I had a couple of minor hiccups on installation.
1) the instructions say there are 9 hooks that the pads need to clip under. My QC35 II had 10. Something to watch out for to ensure a good seal.
2) I used a spudger to force the edge of the pads under the hooks — this could probably be done with a fingernail as well, but it might be worthwhile to include a small tool for this?

Best noise canceling wireless headphones ever!
I’ve had my headphones for over 6yrs and the only problem I had was I had to replace the headphone cushions. That’s my only complaint is Bose replacement cushions are no way near the original cushions. I did replace my cushions and it didn’t affect the sound quality of the headphones. Will buy again just to have a spare pair.
