Talk radio broadcasts enhance their audio by using certain microphones and boosting low frequencies. They do this to improve speech when heard through small or conventional radios. In high quality audio products, the sound then becomes unnatural or bass heavy. By selecting the "TALK RADIO" mode, your Acoustic Wave® music system II automatically adjusts to compensate for artificially boosted low frequencies.

Note: The TALK RADIO mode will cancel if you press any source button, tune to another station or turn off your Acoustic Wave® music system II.
